Here at Civils & Lintels, we strongly believe in selecting the *right* person for the role no matter their gender, age, ethnicity or background. We are proud to have lots of wonderful female colleagues who are all the best in their field, and who make a huge difference to the running of our business. This year’s International Women’s Day has a theme of #ChooseToChallenge. The aim is to encourage people to challenge the stereotypes of what roles women can play in what have been traditionally considered male industries. The construction sector, as are C&L, is seeing the many benefits in having females on their team. Here at C&L, we #ChooseToChallenge and wholeheartedly encourage any female to join our industry.
