C&L MD appointed to board of Mates in Mind charity

We are delighted to announce the appointment of our MD, Allan Wright, to the Mates in Mind board of Trustees.

Allan has had a progressive 30-year career within the construction materials distribution sector with key relationships across both supply chain and contractors at all levels. He is also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Builders Merchants and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Builders Merchants.

“I’m delighted to join Mates in Mind as a trustee as I believe firmly in the ethos of the charity in raising awareness and understanding to address the stigma of mental ill health with the relevance / link to the construction sector been a strong personal draw for myself.

As I take up the role, I hope to engage with stakeholders across our fantastic industry including colleagues, customers, supply chain, friends, and family to deliver the fundamental message that there is no health without mental health.”
