New Health & Safety Manager appointed

We’re delighted to welcome Suzanne Coles to the C&L Family as our new Health & Safety Manager! Having worked in a Health, Safety and Environmental role for almost 20 years, Suzanne joins us from the waste industry, where she managed safety within hazardous chemical plants, incinerators and landfills, and has also worked in the steel industry where she was responsible for the safety management of special metal and iron melting, and steel manufacturing through heat treatment and pressing.

“I bring with me experience and an open and honest approach to my work. I believe safety management is about communication with everybody – interpersonal skills being one of the fundamental building blocks of safety management. I am very happy to be here and look forward to the challenges ahead, together creating a positive safety culture throughout Civils & Lintels.”
